Royal Harare Golf Club (the Club) operates the Royal Harare Golf Club mobile application (the application), which is a Member’s only mobile application used by the club’s patrons

• Your member status
• Your date of birth *
• Your national ID number *
• A current passport style photograph
• Your mobile phone number *
• The name and contact information for your private doctor

In order for you to have access to the application we will require, as a minimum the personal information marked with an *, we will issue a membership number and allocate a category of membership to your profile. Any additional  information is voluntary but will enable us to provide the best possible service to you as a member of Royal Harare Golf Club.

Information submitted by you on your member application form is stored on secure servers, which are encrypted and whose access is restricted to only authorized individuals. Royal Harare Golf Club has implemented appropriate administrative, technical and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us.
 

4. Children’s Privacy

 
You will not be allowed the use of the application if you are under the age of 13. Should an individual whom we know to be a child under the age of 13 send personal information to us, we will destroy or delete such information as soon as reasonably possible. You must be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data.

You may find links to third party websites on our site. These websites have their own privacy policy, which you consent to when you visit to these sites.
