Royal Harare Golf Club is the premier golfing destination in Zimbabwe, ranked highly among Southern African Clubs and courses. The Club is ideally situated close to the city centre, with abundant safe parking, and modern comfortable function facilities ideal for hosting our valued Corporate members. Outlined below are the features of our Corporate Membership package.
  • Subscription to a Corporate Membership package covers both the subscription fee as well as affiliation fees for existing members converting to the Corporate Membership Category.  New Corporate Members joining for the first time will have to pay the joining fee; this is a once off fee, which will be advised at time of joining.
  • To become a Corporate Member, you must have a minimum of 2 individuals covered under the Corporate Membership package – there is no limit to the number of members a corporate package covers.
  • The Corporate membership is transferable between individuals on instruction from the relevant authority within the corporate body. The membership does not belong to the individual, but to the corporate body entity.
  • An individual who no longer qualifies for Corporate Membership under this program will have to complete an application to join Royal Harare Golf Club in his/her own capacity. All relevant fees and subscriptions will apply.
  • In the event that the corporate body elects to retain membership for a specific individual no longer in their employment, this is permissible under the program, on receipt of written instruction from the relevant authority within the corporate body.
  • The Corporate Membership package is for FULL membership, and as such all individuals covered under the package have the right to play on ANY day of the week as long as they have booked tee off times in the normal way through the Pro Shop.
  • As a benefit of Corporate Membership the Club will allocate 4 complimentary green fee vouchers per subscription year, to each paid up Corporate Member covered under the package. The member will be entitled to bring in his/her guest for a pre-booked round of golf. This benefit will only be awarded on presentation of a valid voucher when checking in at the ProShop.
  • Corporate members will be given priority when booking a Corporate Golf Day at Royal.
  • Corporate members will receive a FREE mini-golf day (ie No Green Fee will be payable) on any weekday morning from Monday through to Thursday for a MAXIMUM of 60 players. All other costs are for the Corporate Client. This will be pre-booked with the Club in the usual manner and is subject to available dates.
  • The Corporate body will be issued a Bar Levy swipe card which may be used when entertaining staff or guests at the Club. This Bar Levy swipe card will entitle the Corporate Body to a discount on all food and beverages sold at the Club.
  • The Corporate body will have the use of the Club’s public rooms free of charge for business related functions, provided that they book and confirm the use of the facility beforehand. Royal offers ample safe parking for your guests.
  • Free ZOL hotspot with wide coverage throughout the club house
  • A La Carte lunch served on the veranda daily from Monday to Friday. Pre booking recommended
  • Royal Harare Golf Club will host a quarterly Corporate Client cocktail party where all Corporate Members of the Club will be invited to network with other Corporate members.
  • Corporate clients who may like to consider sponsoring capital projects at the Club can negotiate membership terms and branding options with the General Manager.
  • The Corporate body will have one (1) vote at the Annual General Meeting of the Club.
  • Corporate membership is renewed annually at the beginning of March. Corporate subscriptions are due and payable in full for the year for all members in the group within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
