The Membership of the Club consists of various categories defined below: Full Membership: Membership includes unlimited golf on any day. Reciprocity with local and participating foreign clubs. The Links green fees are included. Will be entitled to annual payment discount.
Embassy Membership: Only Available to Embassy staff who have been transferred to Harare for a period of time. Membership includes unlimited golf on any day. Reciprocity with local and participating foreign clubs. The Links green fees are included. Will be entitled to annual payment discount. Corporate Full Membership: includes unlimited golf on any day. Reciprocity with local and participating foreign clubs. Four (4) complimentary green fee vouchers will be given to each member, and a corporate card. The Links green fees are included. Corporate must have a minimum of Two (2) people in the group. Week Day Membership: Entitled to play week days only, both AM and PM. To play on weekend will require a green fee to be charged. The Links green fees are included. Will be entitled to annual payment discount. Honorary Membership: is extended to Ministers of the Church. A letter of introduction is required from the Church. Weekday green fee included. Weekend will attract a green fee. The Links green fees are included. Will be entitled to annual payment discount. LIMITED 18: Members may Not join in this category; they may downgrade into the category only. The Subscription is an annual fee. Limited to 18 rounds of golf in the Club's financial year, Will be entitled to play at any time, when the rounds are exhausted an affiliate green fee will be charged. Senior Membership: Must be Sixty-Five (65) years of age, and have given the Club Five (5) years of continual service, may play any day except Saturday Morning (6:00am to 9:00am), when a green fee will be charged. The Links green fees are included. Will be entitled to annual payment discount. Service Membership: Must be Sixty-Five (65) years of age, and have given the Club Twenty (20) years of continual service, may play any day except Saturday Morning (6:00am to 9:00am), when a green fee will be charged. The Links green fees are included. Will be entitled to annual payment discount. New Senior Member: May Join the Club, but must have reached the age of Sixty-Five (65) years of age. They will have the same playing conditions as the Senior Member. Young Adult Member: Limited to 48 rounds of golf in the Club's financial year, Will be required to pay a green fee on a Saturday and Sunday Morning (6:00am to 9:00am), when the rounds are exhausted an affiliate green fee will be charged. The Links green fees are included. If they are 39 years old before 30 June they are considered over age. Student Member: No restriction to playing golf, except for Saturday Morning, where a green fee will be charged. The Links green fees are included. If they are 25 years old before 30 June they are considered over age. If applicant is able to produce valid documentation of full-time studies, they will be charged fees of a junior as long as it is full time studies. No Joining Fee Junior Member: No restriction to playing golf, except for Saturday Morning, where a green fee will be charged. The Links green fees are included. If they are 18 years old before 30 June they are considered over age. No Joining Fee House Member: Will have access to the Clubhouse and shall receive discounts on the swipe card. Will pay a green fee on both the Main Course and on The Links. Will be entitled to annual payment discount. Out of Country Member: Will have access to 12 rounds of golf in a financial year, must live outside Zimbabwe for more than 9 months of the year. Fees paid annually in USD only. The Links green fees are included. Temporary Member: This category is for a person who is in the country temporarily, and would like to play golf, the fee is a monthly fee. Family Membership: To qualify for the family discount the primary member must be in either the Full, Embassy or Corporate member category. Familial relationship must be proven with a marriage or birth certificate of the spouse or junior member under 18 years of age. The discount is 50% and does not apply to dependents in the Limited18, Young Adult or Out of Country categories Joining Fee: Once off Payment in all categories except for Junior and Student Categories.
2.1 Application Form A candidate for Membership shall complete the Club’s official application form, which shall then be signed by the candidate’s proposer and seconder, who must know the candidate personally. Embassy or Corporate applicants will still complete the official application form, however, there is no requirement for a proposer or seconder. 2.2 Proposer and Seconder Both the proposer and seconder: must be or have been Members in good standing for at least ONE years and; 2.2.3 shall not be an Officer of the Club or a member of the Board or Golf Committee. 2.2.4 Corporate, Embassy, Junior and Student members do not require a proposer or seconder
